Namely, if your urine is darker you need to drink more water, and if your urine is brown then this means that you are dealing with severe dehydration.

You will acquire healthy skin complexion if you are consuming plenty of water. If you are not drinking enough water you cannot have nice and smooth skin, therefore you need to hydrate your skin. It will prevent dryness, and it will feel amazingly. Dry skin is a result of shortage of water, and if all your moisturizers and creams do not help you, then your body is screaming for more water.

- DRY MOUTH
Dry mouth occurs due to absence of saliva. If you experience this symptom for a quite long period of time then you are at high risk of experiencing severe damages in your oral cavity and throat.
